Firstly I want to say a HUGE CONGRATULATIONS to Paloma for her Best British Female win at the Brit Awards last night! I don't know about all of you but I am absolutely ecstatic and over the moon for her. It could not be more deserved and as soon as I get a spare moment, I will be writing a blog about it.
Which leads me to telling you all about the next fan project I have up my sleeve for Paloma, which I would absolutely love for you all to get involved in...
I'm planning to put together a fan book for Paloma, to include messages from as many of her fans as possible. You could write about why she has inspired you, the reasons why you love her, any stories or funny anecdotes that you wish to share. Including also (if you wish) pictures from when you've met her or seen her live or any artwork you have created.
To get involved all you need to do is...
- Write your message beginning 'Dear Paloma'... followed by whatever you would like to say to her (in no more than 500 words)
- Attach the photo(s) that you would like me to include
Then simply put this into an email titled 'Dear Paloma' and send it, along with your full name to:
FansofPaloma@gmail.com alternatively you can send it to me via the 'message' button on the Facebook Page and I will do the rest!
Please note:
- Whilst you are encouraged to send a message that's as personal as you want it to be, there is a possibility that the book, or at least extracts from the book may be viewable to other fans once it's completed. Therefore if your message is personal, and you do not wish it to be included in the extract (should parts be published) please let me know when you send your message and I will make sure that it isn't.
- You can send as many photos as you wish, I will aim to include as many as possible but may be unable to include every one.
- Photos will be credited to the owner but please make sure your name is included in the email so I can do this.
- There is a possibility that the book (or extracts) may be viewable to other fans once it's completed, so if you wish to put a watermark on your photo(s) before sending them to me then please do. Otherwise I will assume you don't mind them being seen by others.
The closing date for which all messages and photos must be submitted to me by is:
MIDNIGHT ON MONDAY 17TH AUGUST 2015.
I'm so so passionate about this idea because I have been dreaming of doing it for ages and now that one of my best friends is on board for moral support/creative director we can make the dream into a reality! I really really want us to make this the best project for Paloma yet and for us to put a huge smile on her face. To do this, I really need your help, so please please get involved and help to spread the word to your friends and other fans!
